Meet our farmers

Frank Foster Danchie has served as the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 2013. He has extensive experience in crop production and animal husbandry. Frank holds an MSc. Project Management from Open University, Malaysia, and BEd. Social Science from the University of Cape Coast. He has 15 years’ experience as a Community Development worker having worked with World Vision International and Family Health International on USAID Education Project. Frank has attended training on agriculture practices and the best practice of farming for community development.

Valerie plans, directs, and coordinates the supportive services of the company. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance and has 4 years of working experience from Kinross Chirano Gold Mines. Valerie has diverse experience in Events Coordination and Management. She has made numerous purchases locally and internationally for corporate organizations.

Rockson has 10 years in vegetable farming and managed his farm at the subsistence level. He has successfully practiced farming in other regions. Eric is a committed team player and a highly motivated individual with outstanding interpersonal and strong communication skills.

Gabriel holds a BSc. Admin (Accounting) is very passionate about his work, worked in several institutions i.e., Kinross Chirano Gold Mines, National Communications Authority, and New Timers Hotel. He has extensive hands-on experience.
